Weekend Cooking is back again on Sunday morning!
As we told you last week, today our breakfast staff Selly made
'Green Pumpkin Pancake' (Ho-bak-jeon) !
Ingredients
green pumpkin, cooking oil, salt, egg
Method
1. Trim and wash the pumpkin.
2. slice the pumpkins
3. sprinkle salt on the pumpkins
4. dredge the pumpkins through the egg wash covering both sides.
5. When the fan gets heated put the pumpkins
6. Flip it to other side.
In my experience, eat the Jeon before it get’s cold. You eat it right after it’s cooked. Let’s eat together~ :)
next time we are going to cook Rice Cake Skewer!!
