We cook Sweet Potato matang for this breakfast!
Sweet potatoes have significant antioxidant capacities and are rich in vitamin A, B-6 and C as well as potassium. How sweet it is for us to eat these tasty sweet potatoes and not get fat! (Even though we put the sugar and syrup to make Matang..)
Enjoy eating a lot of sweet potatoes this fall to stay healthy :)
Sweet potato, sugar(Syrup), oil
1. Pill sweet potatoes, wash it and cut it into cube.
2. Add sweet potatoes, cover pan and bring water to boil until tender.
3. Fry boiled sweet potato pieces in the frypan.
4. Make the Syrup with sugar and water.
5. Cover the syrup to diced sweet potato.
