Weekend Cooking 41st at Travelers Planet Hostel.

This weekend, we made Potato Pancake for our guests!!!

I love it, and I think all friends were enjoying it :) 

Travelers Planet Hostel does unique breakfast menu once a week.

From now on I will tell you how to make potato.

First, pill potatoes and shred them on grater.

Second, mix flour and sesame salt.

Third, put oil in heated pan and tear potato dough.

Fourth, pan fry until it gets yellowish turning over it.

Last, Crispy baked potato eaten with soy sauce or ketchup!!

Mmm...Yummy yummy potato pancakes :D
