We cooked Baechu Jeon today in the morning as weekend cooking!
It is very easy to cook, but we can enjoy nice flavor.
Just check our video we took hehe
*Ingredient
-half of Korean cabbage
-1/4 cup olive oil (or other oil is fine)
-1 teaspoon salt
-2 cups of water
-proper amount of flour
*Direction
Put the water, flour and just a little bit of salt in a bowl.
It should be not to be dried.
Wash the Korean cabbage and make it piece by cutting, and then put it inside the flour paste you made before. After that, cook it in the pan.
