Fungrisoo(Fung-ri-soo) is the most famous #Taiwanese_snack_food.

This is a kind of #short_cake including pineapple jam(?) or cream(?) inside.

I don't know how to say.

But just one thing everybody agrees is Fungrisoo is so delicious!

I wish I could get it easily everywhere but only in Taiwan.

Sometimes, Taiwanese guest gave us as gift Fungrisoo.

The first gardening of the year was April.

We planted some lettuces in the rectangular flower pots.

It's been picked up many times for breakfast so it was almost gone.

We decided to plant some flowers instead.

Gabriel and Lizzie are kids of this Korean mom and German dad.

This family live in Berlin.

Korean mom Eunji has come to her hometown to travel with all family.

Gabriel and Lizzie can speak German and Korean as well.

But They are so shy to speak Korean because they don't usually speak Korean except Eunji.

They are so cute being shy.

Today, They came to the office(a.k.a Cafe Planet) and gave us a little present.

That is 'Guten Abend Tee'. 'Guten abend' means 'Good evening'.

They gave this Guen abend tee in the evening.

Hangang Mongddang Festival.

There is a huge summer festival comes up around 'Hangang' every summer since 2013.

About 9 million people gather at this festival.

The theme of this year is 'Hangang, a Midsummer Night's Dream'.

It is including 5 sub themes.

These are 'Cool Hangang', 'Touched Hangang', 'With Hangang', 'Challenge Hangang', 'Comfy Hangang'.

As many as 65 programs are lining up to give you various funs.

And other people prepare some performances themselves like busking, comedy show, etc.

82nd Weekend Cooking at Travelers Planet Hostel Guesthouse in Hongdae Seoul Korea

Hello! this time we are representing you to

#Ddeokbokki! or #Tteokbokki~!!

It's a spicy rice cake~

Our kind guests have participated in making the video haha! Thank You!

It looks so delcious , I'm drooling while posting this!

*Ingredients

Rice cake

Fish cake

Red pepper paste

Soy sauce

garlic

sugar or oligosaccharide

*Recipe

1. Soak the rice cake in water

2. slice the fish cake in pieces

3. mix red pepper paste, soy sauce, etc to make the seasoning for the Ddeok-bok-ki

4. dissolve the seasoning in water and boil it with the rice cake at a shallow pan or a pot.

5. when the rice cake turns soft, put the fish cake and boil bit more until it's cooked well.
