Yesterday, we cooked Potato Jeon in Travelers planet hostel for breakfast.
Jeon is Korean style pancake.
It's very easy to cook but super delicious! haha

*Ingredient
Peeled potatoes
Korean pancake mix
Salt
Onions(Optional)
*Direction
Blend the potatoes (and onions) finely.
Mix the potato batter with Korean pancake mix.
Preheat a frying pan on medium heat. Add 1 Tbs of oil.
Spoon the batter into the frying pan, in small flat circular shapes.
Fry both sides until they are golden brown.
Add extra oil to the pan between batches, if necessary.
Serve the pancakes hot with dipping sauce ingredients. Enjoy!
