Spring gardening starts!(Travelers Planet Hostel guesthouse, Hongdae, Seoul, Korea)

Last weekend, We did a #coloful #activity.

Spring is already passing, feels like #summer is just around the corner.

So we had to start #gardening of the #RooftopLounge!

The rooftop lounge was quite desserted in last winter time. Not many colors on that.

We keep doing on gardening a little and litte.

It may be finished on this weekend.

Hello! This week's weekend cooking menu is

Soft Tofu with Soy Sauce!

this is all about making soy sauce to suit yourself~

you can either make it spicy or just a normal sweet and salty soy sauce!

*Ingredients

Chives

Dark Soy Sauce (or Thick Soy Sauce)

Sesame Oil

Sesame

Hot Pepper (Optional)

*Directions

Slice and snip those chives

and then ready the dark soy sauce,

put sesame oil, sesame (and hot pepper if you want :)) in the right amount.

then you add it on soft tofu then it's done.

have a big scoop and you'll go yummy yummy!

Hi guys~ this is night manager of Travelers Planet Hostel, Johnny!

I'm gonna introduce you some useful toursites for these days~

I couldn't say there are lot of huge park-enjoying culture here in Seoul,

but if you just want to enjoy that kind of culture, you can have it!

and I know that you could use your time to go on adventure to more of those famous toursites, but still, think about relaxing just like you're part of a seoul citizen :))

and for now, “Seoul, a Blooming Flower” Campaign is on at

Seoul Grand Park~<3, botanical gardens,  indoors and outdoors they are exhibiting those beautiful spring flowers of all kind!

You can check the details on the site,

but in a short version I can tell.

If you want to smell the scent of spring here in Seoul City

go there.

Also they have a zoo there! probably the only zoo in Seoul,

and playground for kids, so families! your kids are going to love there!

The park's entrance fee is extremely cheap (about 2$ per person) so you won't have to worry about that~

Hi it's JAY again~

In these days, #TourismDrawing is one of trends on #TravelersPlanet scene haha.

Two taiwanese girls left cute drawing for us.

We can see where they went in this travel.

They may went to #CherryBlossom festival, #NseoulTower and somewhere looks like a church? or university?

The stairs mean inside of Travelers Planet because they stayed on 4th floor.

I can't guess what the wired legs mean though.

As well as the drawing, the postcard and wood piece letter are what they left else.

I'm happy that they look stay really enjoyable!

And they wrote 'I'll be back.' I'll so glad to see them again!

Hi I'm JAY the night manager of #TravelersPlanet.

I'm so happy to be at the office today.

Two guest teams left each gift for me!

First one is #GinsengWine of XIAOYAN couples!

They live near #ChangbaiMountain, #China .

Changbai Mountain is famous of Ginseng Wine around China they told me.

I haven't tasted yet. But will share at the gathering all staff on Sunday.

Thanks for the precious!!

Second one is #WondareeMacadamiaNuts from Foo family who drew the awesome picture of Korea and Australia tourism.

Honestly I met them just a couple of times.

But I gave them a postcard what I wrote.

They left small but touchable gift in return for my postcard when they checked out.

I really appreciate it.

And I'm so excited to be with our #thanksful guests all the time!

It’s super easy to make it if you just have the ingredients
so I know you guys have tried to make this a lot.

The two girls, from #Hongkong , stayed twice at Studio 41st and also twice at #Travelers_Planet .

(Studio 41st is not a member of LeeNo group anymore though.)

They love our guesthouse and Korea. Had a#Korean_fried_chicken yesterday.

That is indispensable course of travel in Korea.

 - Travel in Korea -

TO: Travelers Planet

That was first day we go to Korea and that was our first time to visited Korea too.

We are very excited to visit Korea & Travelers Planet.

But that day we all very tired because it was rainy day .

And the second day morning we met breakfast manager “Moon”

We made yummy breakfast.

At night we went to Seoul Tower.

The night was amazing.

The Third day we like a crazy girl .

We went to Lotte mark buy a lot of cookies.

Some people over there were look at us.

Maybe they were think why they buy so many.

At night we were very hungry so we cook in the kitchen. 

We enjoyed한우. It really delicious.

The fourth day we went to Sinchon& Ewha Womans University.

It rainy day again .

But nothing can’t standing in our way.

The fifth day we had to check out T^T

All of us were very very very very sad.

We hope we can visit here again.

We went to경복궁.

That day was really cold.

So someone get a cold.

The sixth day we went to 북촌한옥마을.

We take some stupid picture.

북촌한옥마을 is having antique flavor.

We had wear beautiful한복.

We look like a princess.

The last day somebody visit the cube coffee& somebody visit shopping mall.

We saw an idol is got7 Jackson!!!!

At afternoon we take a bus to airport .

We were unhappy we had to leave~

Hi, guys~

Today, weekend cooking menu is #Buchujeon :)

'jeon' is like a Korean pancake.

Korean love jeon. There are a lot of kinds of jeon.

Buchujeon is very easy to cook among them.

Of course it is tasty too.

The important thing when you cook it, you should make it crunchy.

If you don't cook it properly, it would be just bad dough with buchu.

Be careful.

Then, why don't we start?

Not many ingredients is necessary.

Here we go!

*Ingredients

Buchu

Onion

Flour(Korean pancake mix)

Water

Salt

Pepper

- sauce -

Soy sauce

Sesame

Vinegar

Pepper powder(optional)

*Directions

Mix the ingredients properly.

fry it as thin as you can.(thickness decides how cruchy it is.)

Dip a piece in the sauce.

Eat it!
