This weekend, we made Potato Pancake for our guests!!!

I love it, and I think all friends were enjoying it :) 

Travelers Planet Hostel does unique breakfast menu once a week.

From now on I will tell you how to make potato.

First, pill potatoes and shred them on grater.

Second, mix flour and sesame salt.

Third, put oil in heated pan and tear potato dough.

Fourth, pan fry until it gets yellowish turning over it.

Last, Crispy baked potato eaten with soy sauce or ketchup!!

Mmm...Yummy yummy potato pancakes :D

This weekend, we made Sweet Korean Pancake for our guests!!!

We were enjoying nice time with all of our guests.

Do you want to know how to cook?

First, Dissolve the yeast into 180~200ml warm water

Tip! You can easily use paper cup to measure the amount of the water

(1 paper cup equals 180~200ml water)

For lukewarm water, you can mix 2/3 hot water and 1/3 cold water.

Second, Add the pancake flour into the dissolve yeast.

Knead the mixture for 5 minutes or more dough is evenly mixed.

Divide the dough into 8 balls.

Tip! To avoid dough sticking on the gloves, rub some oil on the plastic gloves

Third, Flatten each dough balls and fill with the prepared pancake sweat filling

Make sure to cover the filling very well with dough

Last, Fry the part of the filled dough. 

When the dough bottom turns brown, flatten the pancake ball.

Turn it upside down to cook it evenly

If you want to play in Amusement park, you should pay.
But, Entrance and Zoo is for free!

If you are traveling with kids, this place will be nice!

Weekend Cooking 39th at Travelers Planet Hostel.

This weekend, we made Spicy Noodle for our guests!!!

We were enjoying nice time with all of our guests.

First, boil the noodles you want.

Second, make noodles sauce!! Put the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil into gochujang.

Third, wash the noodle with cold water and squeeze it all.

Last, add the sauce and mix it!!!

You can also add boiled eggs, cucumbers, lettuce and laver 

depending on your preference
